Vending Machine - Price Change
We're sorry to say that we have to increase the price on the vending machine with effect from 1 January.  The price is rising to 60p per cup.  We have kept prices fixed for the last 3 years during which time the vending machine costs have risen by nearly 20%.

Be a Pal
We're inviting users and other interested parties to be "Pals of PCC".  This will help us address the points raised at the AGM (see below). The following extract from a general email from the Centre manager gives more details.  "As you know, the AGM was on 28 September. One of the issues that arose there, and needs
addressing, is the whole area of our communication with you (the hirers).
 
We do have an e mail  'PCA Users' address list of those of you with e mails (which I am using now), but we do not want to bombard you with information or unwanted e mails throughout the year, so we tend to only use it when communicating about important issues (AGM, price rises etc).
 
To provide more information throughout the year therefore, we have formed the 'Pals of PCC' with a separate e mail address (palsofpcc@yahoo.co.uk)
 
If you would like to go on this list, please reply (using either the Pals e mail address or this one if it's easier), and we will add you to the list. We do not intend to send out lots of e mails, but will keep you up to date with centre news and fund raising events as issues and events arise."

AGM 29 September
The 2011 AGM passed without incident.  Those nominated for Committee and Officer posts were elected.  There was constructive discussion on how the Centre might improve its communications with the users.  There were a number of good ideas mentioned and the President, on behalf of the Committee, undertook to look into these.  The Annual Accounts were accepted and these together with the Annual Report may be found at Annual Accounts and Misc Info.

Price Increase
We regret that due to ever increasing costs we have to increase our hiring rates with effect from 1 October for casual hirings.  Rates for regular hirers will increase with effect from January 2012.
